This function is in the heart of int@j's mandate, and is the engine of int@j's services and offerings. This function main area is the Membership Management Activities, which has to do with attracting more members to expand int@j's community, and retaining and servicing current members through the various activities that int@j performs, with great focus on market access, creation of business opportunities and engagements, capacity building, supporting activities as in the corporate services, and many other marketing and promotional activities. This function is the tool to encourage cooperation among the sector, influence with the latest trends and directions, introduce new initiatives and services and following up on the members' needs and requirements.

This function is responsible for int@j's communication and PR strategy locally, regionally and internationally, in terms of maintaining the communication channels with the various stakeholders, establishing new effective channels for cooperation with related parties or counterparts, presenting int@j, the sector and the members in the various events and stands to promote capabilities, achievements and competitive advantage. This function is also responsible for the various online or offline publications that are produced by int@j and is our link with the media and other related parties.

This function was newly introduced to int@j as part of its growing role in order to ensure sustainable services'quality level and capacity level within the association. This function is aimed at standardizing and properly packaging the various services and activities at int@j, incorporating best practices within the association, and properly manage the various functions' interactions and dependencies, which in return will help feeding and supporting the association's plan. This function also holds a Research and Business Analysis Capacity to help develop studies of value, conduct related assessments & analysis, and elevate the research arm at int@j to deliver valuable information; accordingly the Advocacy Services were identified as part of this function's main responsibilities.
National ICT Strategy (NIS) Projects Management Unit:
This is a separate unit at int@j that was established to lead the implementation and adoption of the NIS. This unit was created as part of the strategy implementation mechanism, to have the strategy lead by the private sector, accordingly, this unit is responsible for developing the NIS action plans and following up on their implementation, coordination with the various related stakeholders and committees, developing and submitting reports to the NIS governance body and Royal Court, and of course monitor and assess impact and achievements based on a pre-set indicators.

This is the main supporting function at int@j, which is divided into two main sections, the first one is the Admin section responsible for all related office and admin work in terms of personnel, logistics, operations, legal issues, contract administration, general assembly management & coordination.
The second section; Finance, which intersects with all services and activities at int@j in terms of costing & budgeting, grants management, and others. Of course, in addition to maintaining int@j's financial model, performing financial analysis, and all other accounting activities.
