The International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) brings together the world’s leading outsourcing customers, providers and advisors in a powerful, active and growing global association to exchange thought leadership, share best practices and network to maximize their effectiveness using outsourcing as a management tool.

The IAOP provides access to geographic & functional chapters, holds the annual outsourcing world summit® and conference series, conducts executive conferences and training, provides awards and recognition programs, and manages the industry’s first professional certification, the Certified Outsourcing Professional (COP) designation.

The corporate membership will allow related companies to gain access to the full depth of their resources and giving them the chance to interact with colleagues globally. Furthermore, IAOP Chapters provide a framework for members to collectively focus on professional development, networking and the advancement of outsourcing within specific areas of common interest. Chapters are organized by geography, by industry and by special topic and are chaired by IAOP corporate members.

Having int@j, the ICT & ICT Enabled Services Association, as a member in the IAOP and establishing the IAOP chapter in Jordan will ease access and will facilitate value delivery for various BPO companies who are members at int@j.
